2. Scope

These terms govern the consultation and use of the website, its Italian- and English-language pages, contact form and links. By using the website, users agree to do so in accordance with applicable law and these terms.

3. Information, availability and quotations

Text, photographs, descriptions of spaces, capacities, menus, services, dates and examples are provided for general information and may be updated. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not constitute an offer to the public under Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, a promise, a guarantee of availability or a binding contractual proposal.

Submitting the contact form, sending an email or sending a WhatsApp message is only a request to be contacted. It does not create a reservation, hold a date or conclude a contract. A booking becomes effective only after acceptance under the applicable quotation or contract and, where required, signature and payment of the requested amount.

Prices, financial conditions, included services, capacities, times, suppliers and availability will be confirmed in writing in the applicable contract. Dietary requirements, accessibility, logistics, ceremonies and professional uses must be discussed with the team.

4. Permitted use

Users must not use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with systems or security, introduce malware, carry out unauthorised mass or automated scraping, bypass technical measures, overload the infrastructure, impersonate another person, or submit false, offensive or rights-infringing content.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted and the lawfulness of their communications. The Operator may adopt reasonable measures to protect the website, stop abusive requests and report unlawful conduct to the competent authorities.

5. Intellectual property

The website’s graphic structure, code, text, photographs, video, logos, names, distinctive signs, layout and content belong to the Operator or are used under authorisation and are protected by copyright, trade mark and unfair-competition laws.

Users may view the website and share ordinary links to it. Without prior written permission, users may not copy, republish, modify, distribute, sell, license, systematically extract, remove credits from, or use content for commercial, promotional or automated-system training purposes, except where an overriding legal exception applies.

6. Images, events and content

Images are illustrative and may show arrangements, configurations or services created for specific occasions that are not automatically included in every proposal. Colours, proportions and appearance may vary depending on the device.

Any identifiable person is shown on the basis of permission or another valid legal basis. Anyone who believes that content infringes their rights may send a reasoned notice identifying the URL, disputed content, right relied upon and contact details. The Operator will carry out the necessary checks. A notice does not amount to an automatic admission of liability.

7. Links and third-party services

The website may link to or embed third-party services, including Google Maps, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. External services are operated by their respective providers and are subject to those providers’ own terms, privacy notices, availability and security arrangements.

Links are provided for convenience and do not imply control over or endorsement of all external content. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for third-party unavailability, changes or conduct, but will remove manifestly unlawful links when it has actual knowledge and the applicable legal requirements are met.

8. Website availability and changes

The Operator aims to keep the website available and accurate but may suspend or change it for maintenance, security, updates, faults, force majeure or organisational requirements. Continuous, error-free operation is not guaranteed.

The Operator may correct errors and change content, architecture, URLs and functions while seeking to preserve essential links. Users should confirm any information that is material to a decision before making commitments or incurring costs.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for loss arising from misuse of the website, reliance on information not confirmed in a contract, device incompatibility, interruptions outside its reasonable control, third-party conduct or events beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory consumer protections and other non-excludable obligations.

Users should apply normal security precautions, keep browsers and devices updated and verify the authenticity of communications. The Operator does not request passwords, one-time codes or payment details through the website’s public contact form.

10. Privacy and cookies

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and tracking technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. Non-essential preferences may be changed at any time through the cookie panel available on the website.

11. Governing law, consumers and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory protection afforded to consumers by the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable.

Where a user qualifies as a consumer, disputes are subject to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if located in the European Union, together with any applicable alternative dispute resolution procedures. In relationships with professionals and businesses, unless otherwise agreed in writing or a mandatory rule applies, the courts of Rome have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before commencing proceedings, the parties are invited to seek an amicable resolution by contacting the Operator. The former European ODR platform has been discontinued and its previous link is therefore not provided.

12. Changes and severability

The Operator may update these terms. The version applicable to use of the website is the one published at the time of access, as identified by the last-updated date. Changes do not retrospectively alter contracts already concluded, which remain governed by their own documents.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver.
